Hi everyone!

I signed up for the Heritage apartments at NYCPM about a few months ago and I still have yet to hear word on my housing situation. Does anyone know the approximate time period of when this comes out? I'm getting anxious because classes are going to start before we know it!

We should be hearing back from the housing dept sometime this week. If not then more waiting 😎

I hope so! This waiting game is getting to me.

Sooo I actually called this morning and they said that they are still waiting on people to fill out the roommate questionnaire. Once that's all done, our housing assignments will be determined and they'll let us know all at once...

Kind of annoying..

gahhhhh more waiting... 🙁

how much are they charging per month for the heritage?

A 3 bedroom suite is $1050/month
A 4 bedroom suite is $900/month
A 5 bedroom suite is $820/month

This includes utilities, wireless internet etc. Plus all of the bedrooms are fully furnished, so it seems like a pretty good deal.

thats actually not too bad...how far from the campus is it?

Its on 110th street and 5th ave..not too far. Maybe like a 10 minute subway ride...the housing coordinator said that a lot of students actually walk to school too. I actually visited the apartments on interview day and they were actually pretty decent. I liked these better than Bridges, which is two blocks away from campus and a little more money.

Looks like we'll be getting our apt assignments by June 1st.
Bella6270, we just might end up being suitemates! hahahaha

Really?! I'm excited now! Maybe we will..imagine haha. I know absolutely no one going to this school by the way. I might just send you a pm.

It's a 15 minute walk from door to door. It will take you longer to take the subway. You could take a bus and it should only take 5-10 minutes.
