So I was accepted to NYMC this week and am soo excited to go there. However I was reading their terms and conditions and one of the things it says is to " maintain same high standards as those upon which we base this acceptance"

So my last semester I sort of slacked off a bit. I wasnt worried since I was accepted to other med schools. One of the classes I took was Biochem. I didnt need the class for my major or anything, but I took it to get a heads up for med school. I was not able to take an exam and that affected my grade dropping it to a C. Do you think this will be enough for NYMC to revoke my acceptance???!!!!!! Should I call the school and ask and if yes who should I call? Thanks!!😱😕😕😕

From what ive read a C shouldnt revoke your acceptance but you could always call them. A few people on SDN have commented they got Cs but still matriculated. As with anything that would always be your best resource.

One C shouldn't be a big deal. Relax, and if you can't, consider calling them but I really doubt you'd need to.
