did anyone else receive an email from nyu stating that they were going to cancel your application because you haven't contacted them to schedule an interview? just wondering...bc i never even received an invitation to interview to begin with...

nyu is weird. I changed my email like 8 months ago and they recently
sent me an email to my old one asking for my fall transcript. 😱

My friend randomly called NYU a while back just to see what was up with her application status. They told her that they had sent out both an email and a letter in the mail inviting her to an interview a month and half prior to her phone call. She has still never received either.
NYU is just such a big school, and they received a ridiculous number of applications this year...sometimes things just get lost in the shuffle when dealing with that many applications. Can you still call them up and try and schedule an interview?? I think they're last week to interview is the week after next or something like that - maybe you can get one then?
