Hello and congrats! I will also be attending NYU this summer, looking forward to getting started! I just put my deposit down today so still waiting to get some more info regarding dates and everything soon hopefully.

I'm coming from Florida, the weather is a little different than NYC lol.

Do you mind sharing your background info such as gpa, gre, etc. I plan on applying for next year and would greatly appreciate it.

@oreojunkie, have you found any one else that is in the program? I know one other girl that I interviewed with is in as well but besides her I'm clueless!

I was planning on looking at apartments the day before orientation. Then hopefully find a roommate at orientation, I HOPE. I have never found a roommate under these conditions before lol I figure if I find an apt I could find someone willing to move in. @DavePT you mentioned you don't have a Facebook but @oreojunkie can I find you? @Reg89 Have you received information about orientation yet or anything else? I put my deposit down last week and haven't received any sort of email other than the confirmation of payment. I've also tried looking for a schedule with important dates on it but haven't had any luck. Any suggestions?

I am coming from Florida, I am starting to look for places online and would like to find a roommate! It would be great to have a roommate from the same program 🙂. I've been wondering the same thing about specific dates for classes but don't have any information yet. I emailed Menty last week and she said that orientation will be on April 4th and that she would be emailing everyone early this week regarding other important dates. So be on the lookout for an email sometime within the next couple of days!
