Just as an fyi, I received feedback from NYU that decisions will be coming out by the middle of March. Sorry for any frustration this may cause, hang in there...

I'm just guessing that they're waiting to see if people who put down deposits for NYU are waiting on a cheaper New York alternative like CUNY/SUNY. I'm guessing by mid-March, all the CUNY/SUNY people will know for sure.

If you haven't heard you are probably on an unofficial wait list while people turn down their offers. I was offered a spot in December but didn't accept it.

I sent them another email today. I was told the end of February. My interview was the beginning of Dec.. Doesn't feel fair to be left out of the loop. But I waited this long.. I just don't want to assume I am not accepted/waitlisted.

I received an email on 3/11/15 declining my application. I applied on 12/1/14 (the day before their application closed) and wasn't asked to interview.

I received a late acceptance elsewhere and will probably rescind my acceptance this week.

I just got an email saying I was put on waitlist, and that there is no ranking as of yet.

I'm going to take myself off the list since I got into a program already. Good luck everyone!

I emailed Menty, because I still haven't heard. She said that my application was still under consideration and that I should hear back by the end of May...

From what I last heard I think all acceptances got sent out and the only spots left are those from people who haven't accepted their seat in the class yet. I think official waitlist spots get sent out as well (not entirely sure about that) and those that haven't heard anything are on an unofficial waitlist. =\ Hope that helps.

I received an email today saying the class is full, I am on the waitlist, and the waitlist is unranked.
