Just got a letter saying my app is under review.....has anyone else gotten this piece of paper???

they won't tell you whether you need an interview or not. If you're in, they'll surprise you on December 1st or 2nd with an e-mail saying you're in. If you need an interview, they'll contact you separately.

Actually a 2x2 photo is necessary. They would like you to send them one with it signed.

No, your application won't be complete without the 2x2 picture. You can find out what the supplementals for each school are and when to send them in your AADSAS application. It's under "Instructions" then "Dental School Supplemental Information". There you will see what you should send now and what stuff you should wait until contacted by the school to send.
