I tried searching for reviews of NYU's postbac program for those who need prereqs but could not find anything substantial. Has anyone gone to this program? I have heard bad things abt Columbia, about how it is not worth the price and how there is a huge attrition rate...What about NYU? Are the professors good? What are the classes and the students like? Are the classes manageable? Is there a strong advising system in place? Is the program more informal or formal? I am also looking at Harvard and UPenn. How does NYU compare to those two programs? I would appreciate any opinions!

yeah, couldn't find much info on it either. Would like to know stats of those that got in. Are you planning on applying for the Spring ?

not sure it's worth it.

Zakley, are you in the program/did you apply?

is there anyone on the forums that is in or completed the program (and is currently in medical school) that can lay some light on the topic?

thanks in advance

I am about to send in my application.

Nice. I sent mine earlier this week for the spring, just waiting on rec's to be sent early next week.

How are you guys planning to finance their postbacc program? I believe its $53,000 for two years, plus cost of living in new york.
