NYU processing fee and Photo??

I am wondering if I need to send the processing fee along with a photo. They dont list the application procedure on their website, they just imply that we need to send the money. Their website also does not specify when to send the money. For anyone who is applying NYU, should I send the money now? Should I include a photo?

After I finished with the AADSAS application and e-submitted it, a few days later I sent the check and photo (July 15th or so). I would send it as soon as you can, given that they do ask for it at the same time you send your application through AADSAS.

They dont care if you send it in the same envelope or not.

Your application is not considered complete until you have sent them a photo and your money. Then they will look it over and decide if they want to interview you.

yea, their website is not the most informative. yes, you are supposed to send a photo. anyone know HOW much the NYU fee is? thanks

I'm not sure, but I think it's $75 but you should check on the school information page on AADSAS to be sure

ok, i have another stupid question .. it's supposed to be a 2x2 passport photo. i know that. i can get it done at walgreens.. but, how about cropping out a photo of myself from a semi-formal (my hair is down) and cutting it down to 2x2? is that acceptable? in other words, would you do the same?

They want your photo just to match a face with the name.
The picture won't be used for ID card or anything else.
If you think it is descent and looks like a passport photo with white background, it should not be any problem.
