NYU/Rusk Health Career Opportunities Program

I am applying for the NYU Langone Medical Center Health Career Opportunities Program for next summer for physical therapy. I was wondering if the fact that I am in a 7 year combined BS/DPT program will hurt my chances. Has anyone who has gotten accepted to the program either been in the same type of program as me or know of people who were in a combined program?

I was in the program this past summer in the occupational therapy department.
I am currently enrolled in a 5 year MOT program and was enrolled in this program prior to my acceptance in the HCOP program. It will not hurt your chances. There are a variety of students in the program...some who are still exploring what field of health care they are interested in and others who already are in enrolled! The essay and application are more important and as long as you have a strong application you will be fine!
