Hello,

I was looking at what sources would be the most efficient in getting me prepared to write the OAT, and I stumbled upon the OAT Achiever, through google search.

Anyhow, I checked out the OAT subforum and found the following thread:

http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=272018

If you look at the posters, mostly all of them who have something good to say about the Achiever are users who's accounts has been deleted due to them spamming, I.E. saying I got a certain score only because of the OAT and how great it is.

Can a forum admin confirm that those banned user accounts are actually the same person? Who actually purchased the OAT Achiever and obtained good results?

thanks.

Huh. That's odd. I wouldn't know about the spamming situation, but it makes me think what are the chances of 3+ people getting banned in the same thread? 😕

*puts on anti-spam suit* Okay, I did buy the OAT Achiever and I could tell you a bit about it. I know people who swore by it, but I had one month to study for the test. So, I didn't use it that much. It also didn't help that it wouldn't run properly on my netbook and that I had to reinstall the thing everytime I wanted to use it.

That being said, when I used it, I felt like the questions were very much in detail. Thus, the questions were pretty difficult. I remember getting like a 240 in the Bio section, and I felt kinda discouraged. LOL. I do think this software is good for pinpointing what you need to work on. I would recommend it to anyone who has a considerable amount of time (3+ months maybe) to study before their test!
