Hi, whats the best way to prepare for the biology section? Should I read through the KAPLAN book for content or is there any other source.

I also own the OAT destroyer for bio and was going to use that for practice once I'm done with content review.

I use the OAT guidelines to know what topics to study. Most of the topics are from courses I already taken, so I'm using previous notes, quick study notes for review and the big Kaplan book for stuff I forgot/ don't know.
As of now, I'm using Kaplan for practice questions, and I also have Gold Standard for that too
