I kind of used OAT Destroyer.
I can't really say since the first time I wrote the OAT i was working full time and really only started studying 2 weeks before. I used only a Kaplan MCAT book to study.

I took it again in December, used Kaplan MCAT book to study as well as OAT Destroyer. Had maybe 2-3 weeks again, but did much better. This is probably due to the fact I target my weak areas from the first test.

OAT Destroyer has a lot of questions, the physics book isn't that much different than any other prep. If you have a lot of time 1-2months, use destroyer and go through every single problem. You should do well.
EDIT: try and get the slim kaplan book and study your university/college 1st year physics again. do the physics section and grade yourself. If you aren't doing well purchase extra material otherwise just memorize those formulas and facts.
