OAT physics equations for elasticity

Do we have to memorize equations for elasticity?

F/A = Y(L/L0)

F/A = S (X/L0)

P = -B(V/V0)

Also.. do we have to memorize electron charge value? 1.6e-19

I don't remember having to use the formulas on the actual exam. Most of my questions were kinematics and optics problems as well as concept-based questions (electric fields and all that), but for me, knowing the equations helps me get a better grasp on the concept. I also didn't need to know the value of an electron charge for my exam and I think they provide you values for any constants needed, but I memorized it prior just because it was on so many of my practice problems.
