I registered at opted.org for taking the OAT about a week and a half ago, but I still haven't received anything yet. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive notification??

Give it another 3-4 days. What you can do is go to prometric.org and try to schedule your test date from there. I think what they'll ask is for you to type in you SSN and first 4 letters of last name.
