Where are you trying to go?
Your GPA should be solid enough to get you some interviews, but it depends on the schools (check the OptEd pdf for recent stats).

I am applying to NOVA, UHCO, and PCO.

U should be able to get an interview from PCO for sure.. don't know about the others.

I think you have a very good chance of getting interviews.
If I were you, I would call the admissions counselors of these schools and get their advice (PCO even offered to evaluate quality of my classes and GPA before I started applying).
I would apply, and only retake if they specifically ask me to. (If they do, it would probably to get all subscores over 300)
