Has anyone used the book OAT Secrets (http://www.oat-test.org/)? I found the website and don't know if its a scam or worth getting.

I have seen it and read over it a few times and can't decide if it is a big scam or not. Another person on the forum was asking about it too on here, but nobody ever answered him....
