Ob/Gyn help for any IVs, Research ....please help

To anyone who can help with interviews, research or fellowship opportunity in ObGyn.

I am looking for someone who can help me get an interview or residency.

My qualifications:

AAMC ID 12591945

I am an Inernational medical graduate,2004.
4years residency of ObGyn outside USA.
1 year US clinical experience with 3 LOR from US doctors and one from my program director of my residency outside USA.
1 year non US research experience
step 1 78/198 1st attempt
step 2ck 82/198 3rd attemp
step 2 cs first attemp passed
Working for Private office for a cardiologist at the moment

My husband got diagnosed with prostate cancer, I had to take time off so that i could take care of her. Therefore it has been some time since I have taken off and also unlucky at interviews since last year. I didn't get any IVs till now.

Is there someone out there who can help me get a chance at interview or residency, fellowship or research in Ob/Gyn. I am in need of help now. I don't care what I get and where I go.
