ob/gyn programs in ny

i'm a third year medical student who's going to be applying to ob/gyn programs in new york city next year. I wanted to know if anyone had any comments on some of the programs. Right now i'm trying to see which program i should audition at, so any info would help.

also, my step one score isn't the greatest, got a 209; how are my chances, and does being a guy help in getting into some programs.
