Just took the shelf on Friday. Most of my classmates thought it went well but I thought it was pretty rough. I liked the uwise questions because it was something you could pull up easily during downtimes, and I thought it covered a lot of high-yield material. However, I wish I would have spent more time with blueprints on some of the less common stuff (I read BRS before Blueprints, and I think Blueprints was more helpful).
My school gave us access to these questions too. Havent used them much. Havent taken the shelf so dont know if they are good or not. Here is the link and password if anyone more ambitious than myself would like to use the site.

Just took the shelf on Friday and got about 1/3d of the way through UWISE + all of First Aid. I don't know my score yet, but felt OK about it.
If I had to do it over again...
I would try to do all of UWISE, I thought it really helped.
