although the current bill is stalled in congress, I hear obama has proposed that anesth funding be cut to 35% of what it currently is. Thoughts? Comments?

If this bill gets through the Senate (which it won't) how long until the govt. plan gets "permission" to use Medicare rates? How long until the govt. plan is the ONLY plan?
