Can anyone explain to me the oblique pericardial sinus?
I tried hard but can't imagine it.
Do we need to open the pericardium to enter this sinus or is it naturally present?
My book says that we enter in the pericardial cavity, then what about the serous fluid?
I have an exam next Sunday, please help me
