Observer ship for DPT students in USA

Hi,I'm a 4th year DPT student at King Edward Medical University, Lahore Pakistan. Is there a possibility that I can go to USA for observer ship/electives ? If yes then what about the fee and other basic details ? I've tried to find something through google but didn't find any details.
