observerships?

hey,i'm an img and have taken the steps and csa.i'm interested in doing an observership in IM since i have a lot of time until next years match--and plus i could use some LOR from the US.i've been getting in touch with programs but a lot of them don't offer observerships.does anyone know of any middle to top tier programs that do offer them?thanks!

There is no such list or official positions in any program. But most programs would give in if you persist. Keep trying!
