As I put together my schedule for next semester I realized that my university doesn't offer lab for ochem 1 while dental schools say they want ochem 1&2 with lab. Will it be a problem that I only take lab for ochem 2?

If the schools you're looking at require lab according to their websites, you're going to need lab. Not having it is an easy way to get your application thrown out early.

Talk to your advisor. If it really isn't offered by the school (which would be very odd) I would look into taking it through a community college over the summer

What if the organic chemistry 2 lab covers material from both ochem 1 and 2?

Every school is different. I'm currently in OChem 2, and my lab includes material I learned in Ochem 1, but it only counts for Ochem2 lab credit (I got my Ochem 1 lab credit last semester). It's best to speak with an academic advisor on this.
