Could someone explain number 74 on ADA opt practice exam? What does NaOEt do?

Hmm maybe it might help if you posted the question?

"NaOEt" is sodium ethoxide, it could do many things depending on what the reaction is but its a good nucleophile, so maybe a substitution reaction in the question you are talking about
