Step 1--> 246
Step 2 CK-->269
I take CS in 2 months (failure is not an option)
2 EM electives scheduled (going to bust my ass to get 2 SLOEs)
GPA 3.99 as of now

What do you think my chances are of matching EM 2017?

Any advice to increase my chances of matching to EM?

-Thanks!

Your scores are good, your GPA is good. You have a good chance of matching, but you're still fighting the FMG uphill battle. Apply very broadly. Be a rockstar on your electives and get good SLOEs.

Are the aways at places that have an em residency?

Without being annoying, try to get to know the pd on your aways.

You will need very strong letters to have a chance.

I don't think we are there yet, but pretty soon fmgs will probably be shut out due to expansion of us schools.

Make sure you apply to every program.

Both rotations have a residency program. I'm rotating at St. Vincent in Toledo & Washington University in St. Louis.

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

-Thanks.

I hope it's ok for me to ask this here:

How likely is it to match into EM as a US-IMG from Australia (dual US-Australian citizen), with ~2 years experience working in the ED in Australia (PGY2), but no SLOEs (though good Aussie ED LORs), and otherwise good application (e.g., USMLE Step 1/2 240s)? Or is it basically close to impossible?

You would need at least one SLOE. I remember seeing someone on here say they matched without having one, but I assume n=1. The SLOE has become an essential part of an EM app.

You're already an EM resident in Australia?

Agree with the above. To have any realistic chance of matching you'll need at least 1 or preferably 2 SLOEs from US residency programs. That being said your situation is a bit different than most IMGs and I'd contact a few US programs for their opinion (preferably IMG friendly ones).
