Offer rejection forms for NYU and Tufts?

UMB sent a offer acceptance/rejection form with the acceptance packet but Tufts and NYU only sent an offer acceptance form. Do I have to call and tell them I chose UMB over them? Or is there a way I can decline their offer online? I have a couple friends on the waitlist for these colleges so the sooner I decline the offers, the sooner they may be accepted.
