office based anesthesia

Hi you all. Usually post in pain medicine, but had a question regarding Office Based Anesthesia. I understand the Aetna (for years) has denied OBA reimbursement--stating that it is part of the global technical componenent. Any other carriers that deny it regularly? Any recent changes in OBA reimbursement (specifically for pain procedures?)
