I don't know if you can really compare the two tests. They aren't really alike.

The USMLE is a lot more pathology and basic biochemistry intensive (areas that the DO schools don't emphasize as much)

The COMLEX is much more case oriented with emphasis in anatomy, social/psychological, and OMM.

No one said you can compare the two. No one is trying to. I am only trying to see the correlation between the two in terms of how an individual student performs. And if you have been reading any of the posts, you will see that they seem to correlate rather linearly.
