What is occurring during phase 4 of the cardiac action potential? Is it K+ leaking out maintaining the Resting Membrane Potential (RMP) or is the Na/K ATPase maintaining the RMP?

Lets see... Phase 4 is maintained by the Na/K ATPase I would assume, but may also have a small K rectifier current or some strange thing in addition? Not sure

I believe it's both. K+ leak to keep the membrane potential around -85mV and Na+/K+ ATPase to maintain the gradient.
