Official Transcript and BCPM GPA

Over the course of my undergraduate career, I cross registered at another institution and took 3 math courses and one science course. On my official transcript the "code" for all of these courses is CR-101 which indicates that it was a cross registered course. I'm concerned about this because I don't want it to alter the calculation of my BCPM GPA, but I'm not sure what to do because they are not transfer credits either. Any advice?

Would you be able to obtain a transcript from the "cross-registered" institution? If so, you could simply submit their transcript along with their original course numbers.

I believe I can obtain a copy, which has me wondering if I would have to list this school on the lists of schools I've attended on the AMCAS application?

It would probably make listing your courses easier if you did.
