It?s not so much writing the proposal that?s the cause of my frustration, but the fact that I have to do it in the midst of, in between, during, before, after, above, below, in addition to, along with?studying for/taking finals and writing a thesis paper! Yeah, you get the pic - it?s pervading my thoughts. Bah! Talk about end of the semester crunch. Not a happy camper here - with a fried brain to boot!
The problem is not actually writing it ? it?s actually fun (*gasp*?heheh), but that I have no time in the world to do it now. And of course, being a meticulous perfectionist, aka freak, I have to do a COMPLETE lit review?all relevant papers shall, in due time, join the growing stacks on my desk, bed, floor, windowsill?oh yeah, partay in my room!!!....muahahaaaha?okay feeling better already. 😉
So I?m sure most of you, if not all, have had experiences writing grant proposals, so share your stories ?circumstances under which it was written, difficulties, etc, etc. Humor is a plus?please? 🙂
