How much did it cost the Physician to fight this? How long did it take?

Enormous amount of time and energy. Another reason why MD/DO's shouldn't sign them. "I can't support agreeing to a non-compete clause without a some kind of mutually agreed to arbitration process and mechanism for reciprocal recuperation of damages because it could be a quagmire for both parties...maybe its just cleaner to leave it out altogether?"

Or just make sure you have the right noncompete. Mine says I can’t work for any other hospital system but I could work for drusSO Inc.
