There are a few good (but old) threads on moonlighting around here, but none really mention any Ohio programs. There's been plenty of info on CCF moonlighting but according to FRIEDA Case, Metro, and Cincy all offer in house moonlighting as well. Not Ohio State though. Any info on how these other programs moonlight?

Also, if anyone could post with updated info on how their own programs moonlight (not just Ohio) I think it would be very interesting.

I'm a CA-3 at University Hospitals/Case. We have OR moonlighting which is $65/hr with 4 hour late duty spots on weekdays and an 8 hour saturday shift, 7-3. This is block pay, so if you work any part of a 4 hour block, you get paid for the whole thing. There is also ICU moonlighting for $75/hr in 12 or 24 hour shifts. ICU is for seniors (usu starts 2nd half of ca-2) and OR starts september of ca-1 year and up.
