Okay guys I NEED YOUR HELP!!
I currently live in Ohio. I have since Aug. and I have now have an apartment I live at year round. I have $6k in the bank. I am a resident of PA. I pay double tuition at a Ohio College.
I am going to switch everything to Ohio license voter registration and car registration.

I plan on applying for in state tuition at my own Ohio college. Prove I live here and pay alll my own bills.
I work part time.
If I get approved for residency at my College does that mean I can automatically apply to OSU as an Ohio resident?

Please help!!!! I need you!

This may help, call OSU...

Thanks for the snotty answer but I did... They said they wouldnt be able to tell me anything until I become a student there

I'm not sure but I believe there's a minimum number of years one has to reside in that state in order to be considered an in-state student. Even if you have an Ohio license and live/work there, I don't think that 6-12 months is sufficient to be officially "in-state."
