Ohio state applicants-please help!

I got rejected from Case this past weekend. I know the deadline for OSU is in two days. I called the admissions office and they said I need everything in within the next four weeks, including the supplemental. My question is, is the supplemental difficult to complete and am I going to need signatures from dentists I shadowed or any kind of documentation where I need to rely on other people to complete the application? Please help!

The OSU supplemental is not too bad, basic info. You have to give a brief description of your non-academic experiences and an office observation report. You don't have to get any signatures, it's all done online, but you do have to talk about a few things you learned while shadowing. Best of luck!🙂
