Anyone do it? What did you put for this part...

"Describe any special circumstances, challenges, or obstacles that you believe are relevant to your educational pursuits, past academic performance, and/or to your potential for success in dental school. Include any social and economic disadvantages that you have faced."

I'm a little confused as to what this is asking... what is going to hinder me from being a dentist? If someone could point me in the general dirrection of what this is asking I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I dont think they want to know things that would keep you from being a dentist. I would never put anything negative in there about myself. Just put some case where you have overcome a hard situation in your life. It does not even need to be some life threatening situation. That is what I did

Yeah, that was pretty much my issue. I didn't want to say anything that would/could prevent me from being a dentist... plus that wouldn't make sense.

Thinking about it though, what you said makes sense and guess I'll go that route. Thanks.
