hello. OSU just send out the names of who will be interviewing us. stupid question but is this the time to research the faculty member so i can ask them questions about their work, etc? or should i focus on myself for the interview?

Won't hurt to look into the things they may be interested in or work with. It may give you a topic to bring up that you both share involvement and interest in. For my interview they intentionally had someone interview me who also had experience with the MRDD, and it ended up being a topic of conversation for a bit. They try to make you compatible with your interviewer, so it would probably be a good idea to find out what it is, so you're prepared to talk about it.
On a side note, the website has example interview questions. I would try to think of how you would answer all of those questions because quite a few of them were directly used in my interview.
Does anyone know if this is an open-file interview?
I know that all five members are going to interview each student, but I was just wondering how this is technically going to be conducted. Will each member have a set list of questions to ask the person or will it be more laid back?
