Ok Failure Topic for Secondary?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Would a prompt where I was unable to obtain authorship from my mentor on a paper I helped work on from a summer internship have more potential?

Yes it answers the questions but frankly it seems unimpressive. I suggest something more personal or impactful.

With all due respect, the real prompt is "what did you learn from a failure that you experienced" the focus of the response should be on self-reflection, self-assessment, change and self-monitoring of the desired change. I do think that this failure and the response to it is what a school would like to see given the way they've worded this prompt.
