Can you guys please give me a list of things to do? What books are best?

Read and study the entire Kaplan Blue Book. Or, better yet, get a hold of the Kaplan text that they use in the actual course and learn that whole thing and do the chapter review questions (the two books are the same except the blue book doesn't have chapter review questions and the Blue book has an added PAT section)
Purchase DAT achiever or Topscore and DAT Destroyer
Use DAT Achiever to learn the material better than just the Kaplan stuff (but the Kaplan stuff will be the basis for everything you need to know)
Use DAT achiever or Topscore as practice full length tests to get you used to taking a full test on a computer.
Study a lot, review everything you got wrong on practice test, and then go and review everything you got right too.
