I have been trying to get on OK state's healthsciences web page and it won't let me, anyone know why?
 
And does anyone know if Touro-Nevada wants you to handwrite on the form they provided or type it?

You can pull Touro’s secondary off of their website and just fill it in using the computer. That’s what I did.
