Step 1 23x step 2 23x comlex 1 500s comlex 2 43x , am I screwed for IM?

Maybe not wildly competetive for university IM, unless you have some things that enhance your application, gap research yr, etc.. Many university affiliates are quite good. I would focus on those, unless you have connections with a specific university IM program. Apply to both lower tier uni and affiliate programs.

I'd probably have assumed you didn't study for OMM. But you'll have programs with more DOs looking at your scores a bit more skeptically because they're familiar with DOs with comlex only scores. That being said a 230-239 Step 2 score at least places you in the decent enough category. So with an application that's broad in the midwest and heart land you'll probably land communiversity or university tier. '

Do yourself a favor and study OMM for a day or two for level 3.

Nobody will look at COMLEX since you have USMLE. You will match easily at lower tier university programs
