If you are having problems with insomnia because of the stress of your upcoming boards, I would recommend reading it.
Seriously, it would be very,very low-yield. I did very well on Dental Anatomy and Occlusion. I read about ten pages of that book before I drifted off to sleep and never picked it up again.
