Guys do you have any idea how many seats do they actually have?? I am debating whether I should apply or not so can you help me out?

it has mentioned 2-4 seats,i don't have any idea. also they prefer residents of oklahoma,citizens or pr holders.

Would someone able to tell me if they offer DDS program for international dentists?
I checked their website but it didn't mention anything about foreign graduates.
Are you talking about their AEGD program that you applied?😕

follow the instruction in CAAPID website,Directory,OKLAHOMA dental school .also you can search foreign trained dentist in oklahoma dental school official site.

oklahoma university is only good for people who had their evaluation done from WES. They only want WES evaluation. WES are the weiredest people i have ever seen... they don't even reply to calls or your e-mails.
So be careful... those who are applying to OKlahoma

Hello everyone,

just one question! Are all of you Green Card holders/citizens? Pardon my question, because I was wondering if people with EAD can apply? Does anybody have an idea if they are hard and fast on the criteria of citizen/GC holders.

Did the school ask for WES evaluation? Has anyone done it here? Any idea about the cost and what documents are required. Its crazy how they have 10 different evaluation agency and varying requirements....😡
 
yup... they did ask for WES. It took me 200$ for getting it done.

I called WES ,they want the documents to be send directly from school,a lot different from ECE!
 
Whoisthebest: I know sucks and they r so adamant about the WES evaluation, standardizing the documents would have made so much sense. It is as if the GPA is affected drastically or one agency is superior over another ggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I am so pissed.
 
Did you send it via school. I mean I have the attested mark sheet but looks like they need diploma attested too. How do I get those I am going bonkers

Hi Sarika, WES want all the documents to be sent from the Universities directly. That includes all the post secondary instituitions you have attended, starting from high school. While ece accepted the photocopies, WES is very particular about the transcripts. Please see the link ,and look for your country of education

Each university is different when it comes to accepting foreign credentials. They have preferences for some evaluation agencies. I guess indvidual departments have little to do with this. Its most likely to be a part of University policies.

Thank you for your response. I think they just need the degree and transcript attested from the registrar but not high school certificate. They said to get it done asap so maybe next week will be done.:xf:

you mean that you are posting them by yourself,not directly from school.!

All that the WES needs are Official Transcripts... which mean copies of all your Dental mark sheets attested by the registrar of your University, all sealed and signed by the registrar in an envelope. You can send them if you have them with you, but make sure they are in a sealed envelope.

I agree with you. i am a dentist from Mangalore - India. i passed out my B.D.S. from yenepoya dental school. - RGUHS. My original marksheets and degree has registrar's seal. All i did was print out the copies of marksheets and degree wrote true copy on them with black pen, put them in an envelope, sealed it & wrote rguhs on the top and sent it to wes. guess what... they accepted it....
i don't understand why lot of people having problems with wes.

Really? nice info though.. I have copies of transcrips signed and sealed by university registrar
( even on the envelope) .

My wife has applied to this school. A few days ago she received an e-mail saying they have not received certain items in her application even though she sent all items well in advance!
