I have a bunch of the old Kaplan and TBR full-lengths, formatted for the older, longer MCAT. Does anyone know anything about which of these are the most accurate representations, and which should be avoided? Should I take them old-school style with the full sections or chop them down so that they match the current MCAT in length per section?

More specifically, if I can only take a few, should I take Kaplan or TBR? And which ones? I'll be taking all 10 AAMCs.

The new BR CBTs are supposed to be good but I don't know anything about the old ones. I would guess that they are similar. I've heard Kaplan FL's 10 & 11 are way too hard so to avoid those if you want it to be realistic.

I have the old format Kaplan FLs also. Since they Kaplan verbal passages they have for practice are so bad I figured I should just skip the ones on the FLs. I am probably going to do the PS and BS sections old-school style. I thought about condensing them and using one of the tests from EK VR 101 to simulate a real exam, but I'm running out of time as the test approaches so I'm not doing much verbal.
