Older PIP cases, does anyone have them?

Does anyone have PIP slide sets, that were made and sold by the CAP annually since 1998? I was looking to purchase slide sets prior to 2009. I called the CAP, but they no longer have the blocks and so re-cuts cannot be made.
I find the slides and the accompanying questions helpful for board preparation.
