Hello guys,
I am going to be starting rotations in July and surgery at Olympia Fields will be my first. I was wondering if anyone on the boards had any input as to how the rotation is. I really have no idea what to expect and I was wondering how many hours a week you put into it. All I know as of now is that I'll be starting at 6AM but not sure when I'll be ending each day. The reason I ask is, I'm still on the fence on whether or not I should commute or find a place close to the hospital.
Also, how are the attendings in terms of pimping / completely destroying your self esteem?
