OMFS APPLICANT- Should I submit ADEA application ASAP or wait until I take the CBSE in July to submit?

As the title says

Should I submit the application right away once I’ve completed everything or wait until my CBSE scores are in after July 23 to submit?

I would prefer to submit right away so I’m in early - but would I be able to upload my scores later?

No one will even read your app without your CBSE score, so I wouldn't bother submitting until you have it.

PDs don't start looking at applications until the deadline. This isn't like dental school where you need to be on the top of the pile

I would start the application so you can get your letters of recommendation into the system. Sometimes that holds people up (surgeons are busy)
