Just want to get some perspective on this. Current D4, scored in the high 60s on the CBSE, I am doing a non cat next year. I know this is a borderline score now, but is high 60s and a non cat still considered solid for OMFS apps?

That's a solid app I'd say. If you are able to retake the CBSE and score 70+ with a non-cat , I think it would open a lot of doors for you depending if you want to do a 4 or 6 year. But nonetheless , solid app. Good luck!

I'm mainly considering 4yr at this point, with maybe a couple select 6yr. The issue is that If I aim to retake, I'll have a solid month of intern year to contend with before the next exam.

No doubt, it can't hurt to retake it if you can study for it and go hard after graduation studying wise and do your best.
