I just got this message

This email is to advise you that your testing appointment scheduled with Prometric had to be cancelled due to the site experiencing technical issues.

You will receive an automated message in addition to this email message. Prometric will schedule your exam to the next available date. An email confirmation will be sent with the new exam details. When unable to test on the new test date, time and location, please call our Regional Contact Center to arrange a new exam date, time and location. Please note that if you are scheduled to take a NMLS, FINRA, or CPA exam, you will need to make a new appointment by contacting our Regional Contact Center.

I just got this message less than 20 minutes ago and my test is tomorrow -.-

WTF is wrong with them and have anyone had an experience with this problem?

Do they schedule you like a month after? I was all hyped up and finally ready to take my f***ing test and they cancelled my exam and i don't even know what I should do. I'm freaking out right now cuz I don't even want to open my book anymore lol

I think I'm still on their system for taking the exam tomorrow so I think I have to wait for their email. How could they let me know a day before my exam? This is not right

Are you east coast or possibly Pittsburgh? I was in the middle of taking the test today when a nasty storm fried the server in my Prometric center. They said they would call me tomorrow to get me rescheduled. Craziness

I'm in NY. I had to postpone my test to Friday, the first. There was another location opened for tomorrow but as soon as the representative tried to put me there it was already taken and the same for every other location, both for tomorrow and Thursday. I was all hyped up to take it tomorrow and now it'll be two more days of bloodiness. How can they make you leave in the middle of the test? that's even worse than my case

the storm literally fried my server haha I was actually just clicking to finish the tutorial and start the bio section when it went out. Then sat in the testing center for five hour before they told us it wasn't gonna happen. I think God was telling me that I was gonna fail today haha it was one of those days

You really sat in the testing center for 5 hours or being exaggerated? I'd be so annoyed if I had to sit there for 5 hours.

well it was actually four hours, my test was at 1:30 and they told us what happened at 5:30. Some med students were like 6 hours into an 8 hour exam and lost it all too. Yeah I was really looking forward to being done but I guess now I can practice more. I'm gonna get topscore I think and work through it to stay fresh

If I was in your shoes, I'd be f***ing pissed off and chewing out the prometric folks. Make the best of this bad situation and hopefully the extra 2 days will give you a score boost!
